The
Dearinger training program for Tinter is similar in concept
to that of the Stylist program.
Section
One A:
A work week varring four-five days, with the option of having
four to six hours of class. The curriculum focuses on scalp
massage and shampoo techniques, blow drying and finishing
skills, customer service and people skills, personal presention,
and art and fashion.
Section
One B:
A work week varring four-five days, with the option of having
four to six hours of class. The curriculum focuses on classic
techniques.
Section
Two:
As part of your 40-hour work week, you will be in class and/or
working on model clients for approximately 20 hours. This
curriculum gives you the opportunity to practice what you
have learned in Section 1. You will also work on more contemporary
techniques and advanced/creative techniques.
Section
Three:
This phase is dedicated to full-time training. You will work
accompanied by an instructor and will spend your entire 40-hour
work week with models. Your instructor assesses your progress
before testing and going onto the floor. |
